New Blog Auction Site Online
It seems that blogs are bigger than traditional websites, and nearly everybody wants one or is getting one. With that, there are also a lot of people who are trying to get rid of their older blogs by selling them. Some are just boring old personal journals, but some are really great blogs that come with established traffic, PR status, and RSS subscribers.
There is a new site in cyberspace, that is specifically designed to buy, sell, and auction blogs called UsedBlogs.com. At the time of this posting, there are only a handful of blogs listed for auction, but this looks like it could be a great resource for buying and selling pre-existing blogs.
According to their “About” page, there are no commission fees. They also offer a $1 listing fee, that comes with up to 4 relistings at no extra cost. That way, if you’re blog doesn’t sell during the initial auction, you can try again.
If you’ve got several blogs you’d like to sell, you can open your own store. According to their fees page, a person can sell up to 50 blogs for as little as $10.00 per month. Store accounts range from a free store where you can sell one blog, to the Platinum store account that hold a total of 500 blogs for a monthly fee of $60.00.
Are you in the market for a particular blog niche site? UsedBlogs.com offers a special “Wanted” section for those looking for something in their chosen fields. A few of the blog categories include Political blogs, celebrity blogs, music blogs, and even collectable blogs. There are a lot of topics covered in the listings.
With all the blogs floating around the Internet these days, it’s about time that there was a site an auction site designed just for them. If you’re looking for a way to auction off your aged blogs, or just to sell them outright, then you might want to check out UsedBlogs.com.
